๐Ÿงพ Ingredients

  • Water – ½ cup

  • Milk – ½ cup

  • Tea powder – 1 tablespoon

  • Cardamom – 2 pods, crushed

  • Ginger – 1 inch piece, crushed

  • Cinnamon – 1 small stick

  • Sugar or jaggery – to taste


๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Method (Step-by-Step)

  1. Boil Water
    Add ½ cup water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil.


  2. Add Spices
    Crush the cardamom and ginger.
    Add crushed cardamom, ginger, and 1 cinnamon stick to the boiling water.


  3. Simmer
    Boil the spices for 30 seconds to release the flavors.


  4. Add Tea Powder
    Add 1 tablespoon tea powder and let it boil for another 30 seconds.


  5. Add Milk & Sweetener
    Pour in ½ cup milk and add sugar or jaggery as per taste.




  6. Final Boil
    Boil for 1 minute until the tea turns a rich color and aroma develops.


  7. Strain & Serve
    Switch off the flame, strain the tea into a cup, and serve hot.

  • Adjust milk and water ratio to taste.

  • For stronger tea, boil 15–20 seconds longer.

  • You can add cloves or pepper for extra warmth.
