This classic masala tea is aromatic, comforting, and easy to prepare with basic spices. Perfect for a quick morning or evening refresh. ๐Ÿ•’ Prep Time 2 minutes ๐Ÿณ Cook Time 5 minutes ☕ Servings 1 cup ๐Ÿงพ Ingredients Water – ½ cup Milk – ½ cup Tea powder – 1 tablespoon Cardamom – 2 pods, crushed Ginger – 1 inch piece, crushed Cinnamon – 1 small stick Sugar or jaggery – to taste ๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ Method (Step-by-Step) Boil Water Add ½ cup water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. This easy homemade drink tastes surprisingly close to fresh sugarcane juice—made using jaggery, ginger, lemon, and mint. It’s refreshing and  naturally sweet. ๐Ÿ•’ Prep Time 5–7 minutes ๐Ÿน Servings 1 glass ๐Ÿงพ Ingredients Jaggery – 2 tablespoons (grated or powdered) Fresh ginger – 1 inch piece (peeled and chopped) Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon (freshly squeezed) Fresh mint leaves – 6–8 leaves Water – 1 to 1½ cups (adjust as needed) ๐Ÿฅฃ Method (Step-by-Step) 1. Prepare the ingredients Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly. If the jaggery is in solid form, grate or break it into small pieces so it blends easily. 2.
